Android Orbi App password reset is not working
Hello, when I try using the reset password feature in the android/orbi app. It sends a code to my email. when I use my email address and the code it sent, it tells me that my email or password is wrong. I have tried this 4 times now. Am I missing something?

To reset your password:
Enter https://my.netgear.com/registration/login.aspx into your web browser address bar.
Click Enter or tap Search.
The MyNETGEAR page displays.
Click Forgot your password?.
The Reset your password window displays.
Enter the email address associated with your Orbi account.
Complete the captcha and click RESET MY PASSWORD.
An email is sent to the email address you provided.
Click the link in the email.
The NETGEAR Change Your Password page displays.
Create a new password and confirm it in the password fields.
Click Submit.
Your password resets.
