Any way to enable telnet on orbi voice?

Hi,

I'd like to anable separate 5/2.4 GHz guest network ssids on my satellites. However, the  "enable telnet" entry is missing on the debug.htm page of my orbi voice rbs40v opposed to all standalone satellite and router models without voice feature where it is present.

Is there any way to enable telnet on the orbi voice?
