Anyone else with ATT having trouble with LBR20 today?

Anyone else disconnected today? I have not had internet service all day. I think something changed at midnight is my suspicion and ATT shut me off. Surely I'm not the only one? Anyone else?

    Hello suesgirl,

     

     

     

    We would like to hear more about the issue you are experiencing. What behaviors are you noticing from your LBR20 that lead you to believe you have been cut off from AT&T?

     

    In the meantime take a look at your router settings to make sure you have the network mode to automatically choose "4G or 3G".

      Thank you for your response.  After multiple unplugging and reboots last night I was finally able to get it back online.  I'm not sure if it was just a high traffic time or what but I usually don't have that type of problem on a weeknight.  I have noticed things have been running slower than normal.  Also I did check those settings and they are set to your reccomendations.  Are there any other settings I should check to make sure things are running optimally?

        At this time the settings in the photo above are the optimal settings for your LBR20 connectivity to AT&T.
