Personally I could never get that mode it working properly. I don't have any notes on what the issues were but it didn't solve my problem.

I'll give another try at the guest mode, but until now I couldn't bring it to work at all...
Not sure if you are referring to Chromecast guest mode or ORBI guest mode.
Keep in mind that as Rodney pointed out above the guest setting in AP mode does not work. My recommendation is to use non-guest mode with "Allow guests to see each other and access my local network" enabled.
