Anywhere Access "This Netgear device is already registered with another account"

Hi,

I have the issue that I can't enable "Anywhere Access".
Apparently my RBR20 device is registered under a different account.
But I don't know which account that is / I remember that my service provider replaced my device because it was faulty.

How do I solve this issue?

Is there a way to "unregister" my device from the old "unknown" account and to register the device to my current account?

Thanks in advance

    Hello Kinderklasse,

I understand that you are having issues with your "Anywhere Access" RBR20. If this device was issued by your ISP please contact them for the RBR20 registration credentials.

    Best,
