App requires set up each time I open the app

Hi

 

my Orbi app worked great until the last update. Now, once the app is closed- the app needs to have the entire system set back up again (in order to access the app). I get a not registered error. Again, this worked perfect until the last app update. Any thoughts?

    Do you have both your app and the orbi router up to date?

      Hi-

       

      its has only been happening since I updated the app. Prior to that it worked fine. Both the orbi and app are up to date.
