Armor Renewal

Question

I just renewed my Armor subscirption online but my Orbi app still doesn't show it as renewed. I renewed online and tried the code but it does not work. Keeps telling me there is a error with the code and to try back later. I've tried plenty of times now to know there is an issue. Is anyone else having this problem and or know what to do?
