Just got my Orbi Rbk50. All device no problem to connect include Astro Ultra box. But my Astro PVR box cannot connect to Orbi WiFi. Any idea and any advise please.

I would contact the Mfr of this device to get more help and information. If one device and others connect and this one particular devices doesn't, maybe a problem at the device itself. Thanks. But when I connect this Astro PVR to my mobile network, it works.

Do you still have the prior router? If so, you could turn it on with out connecting it to anything and check for it.

the Astro PVR box should connect to the Orbi like all other wifi capable devices.
