What Firmware is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the ISP modem the NG router is connected too?
Is the Orbi system operating in Router or AP mode?
What is the Mfr and model# of the ethernet switch if one is in the configuration.Ensure the cable between the RBR and PC is of good working quality. CAT6 is recommended. Swap cables for testing.
Try different ports.
Try a different PC.
Are you connecting to the RBR or RBS?
Disable Daisy Chain if you have the RBS connected ethernet to the RBR.
