If you have changed nothing, added other devices, etc, I suspect WIFI channel interference. I would check tyo see what the best WIFI channel you can set for better performance. 5Ghz is usually not bothered much, but 2.4Ghz can get interference from neighbors, cordless phones, etc. You can use a program like NetSpot to see what channels youy neighbors are on.
