Backhaul problems/slow connection with rbw30
I am having issues with the rbw30 showing speeds of 35-50 mbps vs the router showing 230 mbps. If I stand right next to the rbw30 I get the 30-50 mbps but if I unplug it and still stand in the same place but connected directly to the router I get 230 mbps. I ckecked and made sure they were less than 30 feet apart with minimal obstructions between them. I have tried all of the following things.
Enable Daisy-Chain Topology
Enable Implicit BEAMFORMING
Enable MU-MIMO
Enable Fast Roaming
disabling the net gear armor
disabling parental controls
the above were tried in a multitude combinations. I also tried returning the first rbk30 kit and getting a different one and had the same issues so I tried all the fixes mentioned above on the replacement kit as well. I also moved them 10 feet apart and made sure I was connected to the rbw30 and didn't get any faster download speeds. I am updated to the latest firmware v2.3.5.30 for the router and v2.3.5.6 for the satellite.
is there some sort of internal thing that just minimizes speeds on the satellites or something? I've tried every fix I can find on this forum and others to no avail. If there's anything else I can do please help me out. I want to use this satallite to entendres my coverage but it's not worth extending if it's just going to cut my speeds. Thanks in advance for any help you might have for me!!

" I ckecked and made sure they were less than 30 feet apart with minimal obstructions between them" This would be too close. 30 feet is recommended in between RBR and RBS to begin with depending upon building materials when wirelessly connected. https://kb.netgear.com/000036466/How-far-should-I-place-my-Orbi-satellite-from-my-Orbi-router
Has a factory reset and setup from scratch been performed since last FW update? IF this still fails, there maybe something wrong with the RBW.
