This satellite is the only Orbi unit that is powered on, correct?
Yes. As single RBS is the only device hanging off the Ethernet (connected to the eero Max 7 network). The eero network has 2 devices (eero Max 7 base and satellites are all the same) connected by Ethernet.
You may have noticed that I prefer Ethernet over WiFi to the extent possible. đ
