Blocked sites
Why are many sites blocked with 404 Not found! So very frustrating to view recipes & shop.
And where do you see these messages?
A browser? Which one?
As michaelkenward FURRYe38 have implied, more details are needed.
What modem/gateway do you have?
What router is it connected to?
Firmware on the router?
do all devices have this issue? or just one?

If you just bought it, you can contact support. You have support free for the first 90 days of purchase (if new).
click on "mynetgear' register an account and the device. from there you can contact support.

If you can't find the answers to the questions that people have asked you – there are plenty more where they came from – I suggest that you return the thing to whoever supplied it and buy something else.
Explain your problem to them and they may offer an easier alternative
