bought a used Orbi RBR20 from Goodwill store
How do I register a second-hand Orbi RBR20? I bought this used Orbi RBR20 from the Goodwill store. When I tried to register, Netgear says it's already registered to somebody else.

It is truly unfortunate that the person who donated the Orbi to Goodwill neglected to remove it from their account.
I know of no method to do so.
Having a used product registered to you does not create any support or warranty.
Hope it was cheap.
As CrimpOn says, registration does not apply to warranty and support.
