Bought Orbi in US - problems using it in Israel

Hi,
bought ORbi RBK 23 while i was in the US.
came back home to israel and i have many issues.
1 - cannot connect my sons ps4 to it.
2 - many local sites are not working when using the orbi network.

Issue Solved.
Seems that once i setup parental control using circle many sites and PS4 were blocked.
once i disabled parental control everything started to work properly.
