Brand new RBK13 Satellite blinking red and won't sync

Question

I purchased an Orbi RBK13 (RBR10)system yesterday that include two satellites.&nbsp; Setup went OK, however one satellite is now blinking red and will not connect to the router.&nbsp; I have tried moving the satellite right next to router to sync and have tried to reset the satellite however nothing happens.&nbsp; The satellite just blinks red.&nbsp; If&nbsp; power the device off and on the light is green briefly, then solid white for a bit and then it just blinks red.&nbsp;&nbsp;

Probably defective and needs to be replaced or returned for another full system.&nbsp;&nbsp;
