BRB50/BRS50 Problems with firmware download

You need to update to v212 first on the RBS and RBR, then try to apply v4

    I would try a different browser as well, IE11, Edge or Firefox. 

    Be sure to clear all broswer caches before entering into the RBS and RBRs web page to send the FW files.
