Brother WiFi printer shows "Offline" after installing Orbi RBR750 modem/router
Brother WiFi printer shows "Offline" after installing my new Orbi RBR750 Orbi WiFi 6 Router AX4200, running firmware version v4.5.5.14 It connects to the network, but when trying to print to it from multiple computers, it says "Printer offline." Tried rebooting it, factory reset, Reset the printer's network, doesn't help. Don't know what else to do...
Try disabling AX Mode on the RBR for 2.4Ghz.
Set CTS value to 2347.
Contact the printer mfr for additoinal help and support information regarding there product.
Netgear has set up a community forum specifically for the Orbi AX (WiFi 6) products. Most of the people who watch that forum are more likely to have experience with Orbi AX and know how to work it better than those of us who follow this "general Orbi" forum. Might be more likely to find someone who has a solution if the question is posted there:

Thank you- VraakkiAspirantThanks a lot. Those tips really helped, the printer works and I can finally go to sleep.
Glad you got it working. Please mark your thread as solved so others will know. Be sure to save off a back up configuration to file for safe keeping. Saves time if a reset is needed.
