This happens when your ATT modem is a router and your Orbi is also a router, causing the Double NAT issue FURRYe38 described. You just need to put your Orbi in Access Point (AP) mode, so it provides just your wireless network, and leave the router function to your ATT modem: https://forums.att.com/conversations/att-fiber-equipment/brs_wanlan_conflict/5e728051c17a064135f077a4
From FURRYe38's reply here are the instructions to configure your Orbi in AP mode:
3. Or disable all wifi radios on the modem and connect the Orbi router to the modem, configure AP mode on the Orbi router. https://kb.netgear.com/31218/How-do-I-configure-my-Orbi-router-to-act-as-an-access-point and https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=H7LOcJ8GdDo&app=desktop
