BUG REPORT - Connected Orbi info doesn't match between app and WebUI. App is correct.
Was chasing a house problem and found that the "Connected Orbi" info does not match between the app (iOS v 2.4.21.1) and the WebUI (Firmware 2.5.1.8). Multple devices in the same rooms with the satellites show connected to the main Orbi Router in the WebUI and satellites in the app. After some testing, I am sure the app is correct. Interesting - items showing in the WebUI as connected to the satellites match the app. The WebUI list is just incomplete for satellite connections. The WebUI is incorrectly show satellite connections as connectted to the main Orbi router.
What can I send or try to help isolate this problem?
Is there a better place to file bug reports?

There must be a dozen post threads about this issue. Late last year, someone at Netgear decided to "improve" the way Orbi identifies "Attached Devices", and people have been having problem after problem. So:
- You are correct.
- You are not alone.
- The only solution that has been found is to manually load the previous firmware on the Orbi.
Not everyone encounters this problem. (I do not.) Those who do have only two choices: (1) "live with it", or (2) install the older firmware.
