Business wised Mesh setup

Greetings, please advice on what product to purchase for business oriented isntallation, max specs with the use of a load balancer from netgear which we allready have. We are interested on access points setup only. I have allready seen the orbi series but im confused about the orbi router and the satellites pack, can i do the job with the satellites only, or do i need the router as well? Thank you in advance.
