Can’t get External IP Address for RBR40 in AP Mode
Orbi rbr40 can't get external ip in access mode due to being behind a proxy. All it’s showing is network ip. Anyway I can set it manually? This is a massive pain in the arse as I can’t login to Net...

Since I put my Orbi behind a proxy I can’t use remote access but also I can’t login to Netgear in the Orbi app.
Clearly something is getting blocked somewhere but I’m unsure what.

What error do you see when trying to connect to Orbi from the Orbi app?
- That app connects to Orbi fine.
It’s when I try and login to Netgear within the app I get an error wrong username or password all the time.- The wording is: an error has accrued please try again
- This may also help orbilogin.com also don’t work for me.
I’m guessing Orbi is unable to talk to Netgear due to my proxy so I need to forward the port Netgear use but I haven’t found that information yet
