Can’t show devices connected

Question

I also can't see a list of devices connected to my system on my app. It just says no devices connected to individual satellites/route and an error code of "Could not reach server. Try again later (code: CDIL-API-FAIL" on the device manager function of the app.

RBR50 & 2x RBS50 & 2x RBS40V is my setup.

Anyone know how to fix this?

I'm having the same problem. It occurred after udating firmware to V2.7.1.60. No devices appear.&nbsp;
