Can’t update firmware on satellite
One of my satellites randomly pulses magenta a couple times a day (# in the chart below) and the devices connected to it will loose their connectivity. I found that the satellite is not up-to-date on firmware whereas the other one is. The trouble is, the Orbi app and web interface don’t see that is needs updating. I tried a reset on the satellite, but no luck.

your main unit and your satellite aren't up to date.
You can manually update them.
Start with the satellite first. You always want to get the satellites up to date first.
