Can I combine AC1750 R6400 with an orbi AC3000 mesh system (RBK50 router and RBS50 satellites)

Hi there, I have a wifi router AC1750 R6400 with an extender EX6250. My daughter brough back home her orbi AC3000 mesh system (RBK50 router and two RBS50 satellites), can I combine all of them to increase the wifi-coverage? We live in a ranch so have a lot of blind spots that need coverage.

    No. Orbi system will have better coverage and wifi operation then the older R6400.

    Can you integrate them into 1 mesh system? No. 

    Can you connect them together and use them to expand your coverage but without seamless roaming/mesh? Yes.

     

    I'd use the RBK system as the primary router setup. Then you can connect the R6400 to it hardwired and run the R6400 in access point mode. Just make sure its on seperate wireless channels from the orbi to prevent interference. Then you can connect the extender to the R6400.
