Can i continue to use the rbr50 as a router-only

Ive been using the RBR50 as a modem/router with a different ISP and am switching to spectrum who will provide their own modem.  Can i continue to use the rbr50 as a router-only by simply plugging it into the spectrum modem without any additional configuration changes?

    Yes. 

    Power cycle the ISP modem OFF for 30 seconds, connect the RBR to the modem. Power ON the modem. Then power ON the RBR.

    The RBR50 series is a router only device. It has no modem capability. Maybe you had a fibre company that just needed specific settings to connect to the ONT. But its a router only
