Cannot access Xfinity App or oauth.xfinity.com
I have the ORBI RBR40 Router and recently it stopped allowing me to access my Xfinity apps (or more specifically, oauth.xfinity.com). I am unable to login to my xfinity account online and not able to...

It resolves to the oauth.xfinity.com eventually. The steps I am seeing is that I go to Xfinity.com, then tap on the "Sign in" or "My Account" link. It will try and go to oauth.xfinity.com and then fail. Do the same thing on your phone on LTE and it will work fine and you will be able to sign in just fine (you will eventually get past the oauth.xfinity.com and get to login.xfinity.com).
Another thing to try, if you download the Xfinity stream app. Tap on the "Get Started" button. That page that pops up will also error out. Do the same thing on LTE and it works fine.

Oh, heck. I'm not an Xfinity customer, so I do not get that far. Bummer.
Just for fun, can you check whether your system now has Parental Controls and/or Armor activated?
I believe they came with the most recent update.
I deliberately chose not to activate either.
(Not saying this has anything to do with this situation, but would like to know.)

Parental Controls are enabled (I am the parent). I tried to disable all of the parental controls and disabled and removed Circle, etc and then rebooted the router but that didn't help. I did, originally, have the Armor Security thing activated (just while it was on trial - to test it out). But, I didn't subscribe to it. I stopped using that. Although, I do think right after that trial ended was close to when my problems with Xfinity login started happening. Just not sure what can be done about it (I am trying to avoid a factory reset). Thanks!

You Disabled Parental Controls, (clicked "Apply"), did a reboot and:
- Parental Controls came back, or
- Still could not log in to Xfinity?

Parental controls were turned off (correctly). But, I was still not able to login to Xfinity or use the apps. In other words, didn't matter if parental controls were on or off. I could not access xfinity login area or access the apps.
Also, before the Armor thing, I was able to access Xfinity login area and the apps just fine (with parental controls off or on). Something from the Armor test must have tripped up something and now it is stuck perhaps? It is the only thing I can think of since I don't general go in and mess with the settings of the router at all. The Armor feature was the last thing I recall trying and then after that trial ended, xfinity apps and login stopped working (or close to around that time).
