Cannot connect to internet

I went through the steps to install this Orbi WiFi system (router and 2 satellites).  Orbi app recognizes the network and it appears to be working.  However, I cannot connect to the internet using the modem provided by my service provider (Spectrum).  The only network available is the Orbi_setup network, which is unsecured.  I cant get to the step to set up a wifi password.  Have tried multiple times and am at a loss how to connect
