Cannot connect to Orbi router wireless, but can connect to Satellite

Question

As what subject says. After setting up the Orbi, the wireless connection to the router drops suddenly and I'm only able to connect to the satellite's wi-fi. Everytime I am near the router it would always show an Authentication Error. Any help would be appreciated.

Just additional info, I have my desktop connected to the Orbi router as wired.

turn of the sat and fix the authentication issue with the router first

factory reset and setup again will prob help
