Cannot connect to Satellie (Router RBR50 with Satellite RBS50)

Hello,

 

I cannot connect to my satellite. I have a RBR50 Router and RBS50 Satellite. The firmware on the router is V2.7.3.22 and on the satellite is V2.7.2.104. The satellite has red flashing light near the power input. I have tried sycing but it does not work. When I log into http://orbilogin.com/, I cannot see any way to update the firmware on the satellite. When I go to Manual update, my satellite is not in the list. Appretiate the help

    The flashing red LED next to the power socket means the satellite is not working.  (Notice the euphimism "might need attention")

    If it is less than 1 year old, I would contact a forum moderator and request a warranty replacement.

      Thank you CrimpOn . I bought the unit in Jan 2021. I contatced tele support, and there wasn't a solution. I've been recommended to rasie a support ticket, but have to pay subscription for techincal support which is a bit annoying.

        That one year period is expiring soon. Can you send a private message to Blanca_O and ask how to get a warranty replacement. Maybe the method is to pay for a support incident and get a refund after they issue the RMA
