Yes on the powerup procedures, but I did the setup wizard via my cell phone app.

Can you use a wired or wireless PC or laptop and connect to the RBRs web page there to walk thru the setup wizard?

Did the phone app give any indication that the RBR was not connected to the modem?

The phone app just lists the internet connection as "offline."

  What are the RBRs LED colors when you complete the setup?
  
  Please try setting up with a pc and see.
  
  Swap LAN cable between the modem and RBR. CAT 6 cable is recommended.

    LED color is solid orange; does not go to blue. Any website or link suggestion on how to do setup via a wired pc?
