Cannot get rbr50 to update firmware

Currently running 2.1.4.16 on the router and one satellite. Will not accept an update via the app, website or manually via Ethernet cable to any other firmware. I've read thru this forum and am out of...

are you trying to jump all the way to the latest? 

If so, try the 2.2.1.210 and then the 2.2.1.212

From there you should be able to update
