cannot setup previously used router RBR40

Question

Please help.&nbsp; I purchased a "one month old" Orbi RBR40 with one satellite.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;I have downloaded the app and scanned the bar code in.&nbsp; It recognizes and asks me to connect but it will never connect.&nbsp;I have turned off cellular data and it still doesn't work.&nbsp; The router is not even being recognized in the wifi settings of my phone.&nbsp; It is on and synced to the satellite but that is as far as I can get.&nbsp;Please help!
