Cannot update firmware on Orbi App, Satelittes not found on Orbi App

I recommend you not upgrading via the website and doing it manually and waiting for the automatic process to work.

- Obviously writing on a phone isn’t the best. However the automatic process should work and everyone just recommending to do it manually should stop saying that.
And that meant to say
I recommend you upgrade it with the app automatically and contact Netgear until it works. Do not upgrade it via the manual process that involves there website.
Just want to add a second time stop advising people to do it manually like it’s some beta software that can’t handle the “automatic” process.
