When you see the page about using the Orbi app, scroll down to the bottom of that page and look for a link that says I don't have the app. This will start the web browser based setup wizard.

HI Fluffye38- Thank you I was able to get into the webpage and adjust to AP mode.
One last question. I did a speed test and i am now getting the speeds that i previously had with the ISP router as well as with the Orbi now before i place this in AP mode ..what is the best advice ? Is it to keep the orbi as is connected to router or to make it into AP mode? Would there be any conflict with the other ISP router if i just keep the Orbi as is and not in AP mode?
I know if i put the Orbi into AP mode then i cant use the APP as a downside. So no firmware updates?
Also just to let you know i have 2 sateleittes both are upstairs in 2 storey home and the Orbi router is downstairs next to the ISP router
To get the best performace what should i do ? AP mode or leave as is with 2 SSID in the same household
Appreciate the advice.
Thanks ...Steve

Keeping in AP mode would be recommended.

30 feet or more is recommended in between RBR and RBS📡 to begin with depending upon building materials when wirelessly connected.

I would turn OFF the ISP Modems wifi radios to reduce wifi noise and interferences between the modem and orbi systems wifi. You only need the Orbi wifi to connect too.
- buchi4061Jan 12, 2022AspirantThank you for your advice it's very much appreciated.
I will go ahead and turn off the wifi radios onnthe ISP router to avoid any conflict.

Be sure to save off a back up configuration to file for safe keeping. Saves time if a reset is needed.
