Can't change time zone on RBK50

I have followed the prior posts on setting time zone:advanced-security-schedule, but i don't have a drop down menu that allows me to change the time zone. RBK50 firmware:V2.3.1.48 Found it NTP set...

I would update Firmware to v44...

Found it NTP settings
