Cant find orbi music on orbi apps (IOS)

Cant find orbi music on orbi apps (IOS)

And cant share my song on orbi voice (KKBOX)

How can i fix this? Thanks

    May we please know the Orbi App iOS version? 

    What is the firmware version of the Orbi device?

    Was it working before? 

     

    Please try to uninstall and reinstall the app.
