can't find wifi name

Question

We have the ORBI RBR750 our Lenovo touchscreen desktop picks up all the router/wifi names/signals around us but not the Orbi. I have other devices that are working perfectly. Have done all the suggestions on an internet search and have run out of ideas. Any suggestions?
