Can't get onto ORBI35 network
Used the app to move through all the steps. Renamed ORBI35 network to another name (ie: Network2). Set up 2 satilletes successfully, then an hour in a notice came across the network was not successful. Since then I cannot get the ORBI to work, it will not recognized the changed network name. I used paperclip to reset all units to factory resets but the NETWORK2 kept coming up. Tried moving away from mobile app and using computer to redo. Opened another account with different email, still wouldn't access ORBI35 wifi.
I am ready to return all the units. Help please.

Is this a new unit? If so what model router and satellites?
