can't log in to Orbi RBR50-no password

admin and password don't work.
Won't allow password update as it says I dont' know security questions (sisters names)-they didn't change and I tried 8 different possiblities.

Do a factory reset on the RBR and walk thru the setup wizard. Besure to write down all important information for safe keeping later on.
