Cant log in to the router or the orbilogin.com website

I can't log into my ORBI CBR40 using the default IP address and additionally, I can't log into the orbilogin.com web site.

I don't know the firmware number because I cant log in.

    Disconnect the CBR from the ISP coax cable line. 

    Factory reset the CBR by pressing the reset button in back for 15 seconds then release. 

     

    Walk thru the setup wizard with a web browser at 192.168.0.1 or it might be .1.1, you can skip anything having to do with the ISP coax line not being detected. You should be able to get to the main web page for the CBR.
