Can't log into orbilogin.com

I usally administer my Orbi from my iMac, where my password is saved, and Safari enters it automatically and logs me in. I tried to log in from my MacBook Pro, using the password saved in Safari, entering my email address as user name, and it failed. When I went to check the password in Safari's password preferences, the password matched, but there's no user name saved with the password. So I looked on the forums, and saw that "admin" is the user name, and it can't be changed. I tried using admin as the user name, and that failed. 

 

I can also log in with the app on my iPhone; again, in the iPhone's passwords, it shows the same password, but no user name. 

 

I don't understand what's wrong here. Can anyone help?

    The Orbi web interface, which Safari would use only accepts "admin" for the user name, and there is no way to change it.

    The Orbi "app" logs in through the Netgear "Cloud", which has entirely different credentials (email address and password).

    They are independent.

    Since the "app" allows access to so few Orbi settings, I never use it.

      OK, but I still can't login on one of my Macs, and I know the password is correct. I would like to figure out why.

        Clear the browser cache on the one Mac. 

        Try a different browser, i.e. Firefox or Opera. They both work well for me on my Macs.
