Apart from "this is crazy", there are some basic questions:
- Which model of Orbi is this?
- With which firmware release? (the number, not "the latest")
- Are there other Android phones which are successful in using these Microsoft apps?
- Is there a specific error message which comes up on the phone?
- Does this Orbi have Bitdefender Armor enabled?
