Thank you for answering !
I have no way of knowing which firmware the RBK22 is running, I assume it should be up to date since it was working fine a few days ago.
The login in window doesn't appear when I connect to routerlogin.com or .net. I get straight to the Orbi set up.
It's connected to a french internet provider Bouygues, the WIFI network doesn't havge any issue.

Correct. That screen does not show any relevant information.
I have a WiFi5 Orbi (RBR50) and it does not include that web page. (Had to remove the extra period after 'com' to make a legitimate URL.) When I enter the IP address of my Orbi router into a web browser (http://192.168.1.1 , what appears on my screen is this page (http://192.168.1.1/index.htm )
Is the web browser device connected with Ethernet or WiFi?

Sorry to take so long. I tore up the entire room searching for my "Test RBR50" only to find that I had carefully stored it in a box in a different room. (Guess my options are dementia or senility. Neither sound good. Blaming it on the cat.)
Connected the RBR50 to the existing Orbi system and did a Factory Reset. The 12 screens in the attached file document every step until it hits the "Register the device" page and I quit. RBR50 is now working correctly.
How about an experiment:
- Disconnect the router from the Internet Service Proider (ISP) device.
- Perform the Factory Reset.
- Connect to the Orbi router and follow the configuration process to see if it hangs up on the Admin Account credentials page.
- If it gets through the configuration, connect it to the ISP and reboot. (not reset)
I understand that it is customary to "wire it all up" before configuring, but Orbi routers function just fine with no internet connection. True, they are pretty much worthless in this condition for most users, but there are specific instances where internet connection may not be possible or desired. (One field hospital reported using an Orbi system to connect all their WiFi devices out in the jungle when they had no internet connection at all.)
