Can't update Orbi Firmware

Hi All,   Does anybody know if Netgear monitor these forums?   For some reason my Orbi RBR will not update its firmware via both Online update and also Manual.   I was part of an earlier beta t...

    Managed to resolve by updating manually to V2.2.1.212 which then let me upgrade past that to latest version.
