CBK40 — Orbi AC2200 Tri-band WiFi System
Trying to get my Orbi to work without my Verizon router. If I dont connect it to it, internet doesn't work. I thought I could get rid of it once I bought Orbi. I dont want to pay for the Verizon router.

Do you have the CBK40 or a RBK## system? The CBK40 is a Orbi with built in cable modem which is designed for cable ISPs. I believe Verizon is mostly Fiber or ONT supporting.
