- Jul 25, 2020Resolved. Charter came out and determined it was a signal issue with their lines. Nothing to do with the equipment. They were great, fixed it and everything is working just as it should! Finally!

My speeds are slow. Very slow. I've talked with Spectrum and they tried to tell me that the CBK40 cannot accommodate >200 mbps speeds. This is not true but the CBR40 is now no longer listed on their approved devices.
What do I do? I'm out of the tech support timeline, can't return it, and feel like i'm stuck with a $359 paper weight.
