Best way to what?
you didn't give much details on what you're trying to achieve, your home size, usage, etc. Its tough to give any recommendations without details.
I'd recommend buying a modem seperate from a router though. When you buy a combo device, the ISP controls the firmware/updates. And they rarely update. Plus if say the modem goes bad, you're out the router as well since its integrated.
Its a bit more $ up front but gives you more control of updates and upgrades.

I am sorry, I called net gear and after going over all of those details their expert said that the CBK43 would be best for my application. I just cant figure out where to purchase one. The expert said Best Buy or any of those. No one seams to have it. Thats my problem. Can you help. ( net gear themselves cant help)

Ok, I have the orbi and the satallites. You make sense to purchase separately. I have comcast.
it seems that they have a cable modem, which one would you recommend?

If you have comcast and plan (or plan on upgrading) to gigabit, I'd look at the cm1000 or cm1100.
both are solid modems that are capable of gigabit.
