Have you tried rebooting when it goes down?

you have quite a few errors in your line.
I'd try the prior suggestion about removing splitters/amplifiers/attenuators from the line.
I'd also move the modem/router right to where the coax enters the house. this removes the chance that its the wiring internal to the home causing the issues.
After you've done that. See how it runs, if its still having issues, have you isp check your line.

Alright,
Also I dont know if this helps but before Orbi i had a simple neatgear ac750 or something which never dropped connection but it had bad connection at the other end of the house. Then i got a comcast router that was $10 a month, connection was good but some devices got disconnected while other stayed on.

Contact your ISP and have them check signals up to the modem.
Be sure there are no coax cable line splitters in between the ISP service box and the modem.
