CBR40 - flashing white

Started having problems today with the LED flashing white. Did a reset same problem, internet/cable provider said it was the router. Any suggestions?

    What FW is currently loaded if you can get this information.

    What ISP are you connected with? 

    Can you access the CBRs web page with a wired PC? 

     

    Did you press the reset button for 15 seconds then let go to see if you got the flashing WHITE led then slow pulsating WHITE led on top? 

    Try this with out the coax cable connected, you should get a MAGENTA led on top with the coax disconnected. 

    IF your not getting these behaviors, I would make contact with NG support.
